How we Work?
A successful project is always an outcome of sound processes and absolute transparency. The essence of a strong process lies in its applicability and simplicity and hence at BUILD FORTIUS, we have a 4 step process to approach every project.
1. Understand
Meet with the client, inspect the site, understand the project requirements and once done send a proposal to the client for the same and follow up.
2. Define
On approval, distinctly define the various parameters of the project. If there are any changes, clearly communicate and update the project parameters accordingly.
3. Execute
Plan the project schedule and pertaining to it carry out the execution works keeping in mind the timeline and maintaining the right quality standards.
4. Handover
Keep the client involved in all necessary communication, inculcate mid-project changes if any, complete the project and hand over to the client.
